We know the social costs associated with our fourteen years of military operations are becoming apparent through problems of homelessness, unemployment, underemployment, mental health crises and more and Veterans often do not have access, or know they have access to the services they are entitled to. We can do better for our military families.
Join Rep Evans and our panel of experts: Director Cameron Smith (US Marines, Retired; Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs), Rosy Macias (US Marines, Retired; Salem Vet Center), and Gerald Pygot (US Navy, Retired; Founder of Home of the Brave) on Tuesday, August 9th at 6pm at the Salemtowne Civic Association (2900 Oakcrest Dr NW, Salem, OR 97304) to better understand veterans' policy in Oregon and learn how we can truly support our troops.
