After reading the Statesman Journal articles and looking at the candidates' websites, I have concluded that Paul Evans is the most qualified to serve in the Oregon Legislature.
Let's look at his record compared to his opponent's.
He has led troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. Paul has served as mayor and a city councilor. He has been a member of a school board. He currently teaches in a university.
Conversely, his opponent has a limited record of service and has never held an elected office. The recent feigned indignation regarding polling is merely an attempt to divert attention from Paul Evans' superior record. He is the one we need in the Legislature.
